This is our flagship group Strength and Conditioning workout. Whether your goal is weight loss, gaining strength or to simply get a great workout we cater to the needs of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. During the workout the group will go through Myofascial release (Foam Roll), static stretching and dynamic warm up, and a full body strength training workout with conditioning at the end.

You can expect to utilize equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, TRX, sleds, battle ropes, and much more in these workouts.

Our Adult Strength Training classes run on 4 week programs and target different areas such as strength, stability, power, and conditioning. We cap these groups at 10 to ensure that each and every person is getting the hands on training they deserve.
