A PROGRAM BUILT JUST FOR YOU.

If you have a specific goal, are rehabilitating an injury, or just want closer personalized attention, personal training is an excellent option at Warrior Fitness. This will also allow you to maximize your training experience with individualized coaching and programming, with a program tailored to your specific goals and needs.

You will receive a FREE consultation and full body assessment with one of our coaches that will then turn into your customized program. No matter the goal or where you are in your fitness journey your coach will build a program tailored to fit the client or athletes needs while also providing coaching and support to attain those goals.

We have two different two different types of personal training packages:

Strictly Private: This session is exclusively tailored to you, and you alone. You will schedule weekly workouts with your trainer at specific times that fit YOUR schedule. Your trainer will work with only you during these sessions.

Open Private: This gives you the opportunity to have a program tailored to your specific needs in a group setting at a much more cost-effective price point. One of our coaches will be on the floor to help assist a group of 2-5 people during their workout.
