MEET THE TEAM

Nate Witkowski

Owner and Head Strength Coach

Growing up a few miles North of Boston as a multi-sport athlete, Nate discovered his love for training from countless hours spent in the gym working on becoming better. He realized that a lot of his success on the field was due to the work he put in to become stronger, faster and less prone to injury. Soon after his athletic career came to end, his new passion of strength training and helping others was born.

Nate graduated from Bentley University (‘14) where he studied Marketing and played 4 years of Division II collegiate baseball. He is 4th all-time in games played at Bentley, one of his proudest athletic accomplishments.

After a short career in corporate America, Nate started his entrepreneurial journey in 2016 by becoming a certified personal trainer. He began by training clients through remote coaching, holding small group Strength and Conditioning workouts, and running outdoor bootcamps. After 3 years of training clients outdoors and renting out spaces in the local area, he finally found a place to call his home and opened Warrior Fitness in the summer of 2019.

That same summer he worked as an intern at Boston University where he helped train the Men’s Hockey and Women’s Field Hockey teams. He has also has trained professional athletes during the off-season to the likes of Charlie McAvoy, Torey Krug, Jason Megna, Bobo Carpenter, Noel Acciari, and Adam McQuaid.

When it comes to living a Warrior Lifestyle, Nate understands that the path to success starts with your mindset and takes an incredible amount of hard work. His goal as a trainer is to help his clients create the lifestyle they deserve and a key part of that is having your workout routine in check. Taking all things into account with each client, he will work with you to take your game, body, mind and overall life to the next level.
