Train like a pro this offseason in our 8-Week Strength Training For Baseball Program.

November 1st-December 22nd

  • Learn the proper way to stretch, warm up, and train just like the pros do in the offseason.

  • Get hands on coaching throughout your entire workout to make sure you are performing exercises correctly and safe.

  • Receive your personal workout sheet to track all of your progress to ensure you are getting bigger, faster, and stronger.

  • Nutrition and recovery guidance to help you learn how to properly fuel your body and recover from your workouts.

Tuesdays + Thursdays from 5PM-6PM

$449 for 16 sessions
