Whether you are brand new to strength training, looking for a new workout routine, or need a tune up on your technique or form, it all starts with The Fundamentals. In order to have success inside the gym you need to build a solid foundation first. That means learning the proper techniques, honing your movement patterns, and working on your form.

The Fundamentals is an intro level workout for the individual interested in our Adult Strength Training Program. We break down what a typical workout routine will look like from start to finish and will walk you through what you can expect in all three aspects of the workout: warm-up, strength training, and conditioning.

You can expect to use dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, TRX, and sleds in these workouts.

The Fundamentals is a 4-week program that meets 2 times per week. The Fundamentals must be completed by any new member before enrolling in the Adult Strength Training Program.
