Before we create your customized program we will bring you through a full mind and body assessment. Going over your goals and a full body strength and movement screening to create a program that is best for you!

Having a workout program tailored to your specific goals is one of the missing links in reaching your full potential in the gym. The workouts will be a strength focused program, with each 4-week phase progressing and challenging you on your way to reaching your goals!

This program includes 1:1 workout sessions both in person or remote. Whether you are able to come into the gym or will be working out remotely, a coach will be there to make sure you are performing exercises correctly, motivating you to be your best, and help guide you every step of the way.

This nutrition program is powered by TLS Weightloss Solutions and is meant to not only help you change your body composition but also help educate you on a new lifestyle and relationship with food. No diets, counting calories, or crazy restrictions. You will also receive supplements that will help you achieve optimal body performance.

Accountability plays such a huge role in reaching your goals. In this program you will be able to track your workouts, create food logs, and much more through the Trainerize App. This app will be where you spend a lot of your time and be the home for your customized program. Your coach will be able to see everything you are doing and be there to keep you accountable on your plan and help you throughout your journey.

I was first introduced to Nate and Warrior Fitness soon after my daughter was born. I was falling into bad eating practices and was going down a bad path. After the first week of workouts with Nate, I was hooked. Nate takes time to get to know each of his clients, their goals, and their physical limitations. The biggest thing for me is to feel better mentally and physically and see results. The workouts themselves are varied which keeps things new and fun, targeting muscles I didn’t know I had.
I chose to do a 30-day cleanse diet using TLS under Nate’s guidance and coaching. This drastically helped me not only lose weight but to learn healthy eating habits that I still adhere to long after the 30 days. I lost 25lbs during these, and more importantly, have been able to sustain this new weight for months now using the lessons learned from TLS and Nate.
